Step 2: Mastery & Implementation Live Calls

• Progress with the same students each week in a 6-month transformational journey with Live Q&A, a dedicated Support Trainer and direct access to Guru Singh.
• Realtime Feedback and mentorship as you practice teach Kundalini Yoga with fellow students LIVE.
• Peers keep you motivated and accountable from Day 1 to celebrating your graduation, just like an in-person training.

MASTERY & IMPLEMENTATION LIVE CALL TIMES ARE:

 Tuesdays @ 4pm PST / 7pm EST / [Wednesdays] 7am CST / 9am ACT

Saturdays @ 9am PST / 12pm EST / 5pm GMT / 6am CEST 

We request YTT students who are pursuing certification to be live at one of these two call times (so Tuesday or Saturday). Calls are 2.5 hours in length with the occasional longer call.

Is this Kundalini training Yoga Alliance approved?

Both Uplifted™ and Kundalini University are Registered Yoga Schools with Yoga Alliance, YACEP Continuing Education, and 200 RYT.

Does this Kundalini training give me the 200-Hour RYT Certification with Yoga Alliance?

Yes. We are a registered Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Registered Yoga School. Graduate from this training with your 200-Hour RYT credential during this distance learning period.

Is this training KRI approved?

We are working closely and in a spirit of collaboration with KRI to bring you a modern, updated teacher training. A Kundalini University certification offers the same Yoga Alliance approved certification as KRI.

Do I begin training right away, as soon as I sign up?

YES! Access to your home-study Kundalini Pathways Training the moment you enroll. It’s ideal to complete first this Pathways material, and then as many of the Core Modules as you can before Mastery & Implementation Live Calls begin, so we can go deeper together during live training.

The sooner you register, the more time you'll have to go through all the home-study content ahead of the Live Call portion. Register soon!

What's the time commitment?

In a given week you might:

- Watch 4 hours of pre-recorded video content or Live Call replays

- Attend one two hour Live Call

- Complete 1-hour of homework

- Enjoy 3 - 5 hours of yoga practices

Note: The sooner you register, the sooner you can get ahead on the pre-recorded, home-study coursework

When are the next available Live Calls after the session above?

September 2026. You can still register now, access material instantly, and receive extend payment plan benefits.

Can I graduate at my own pace?

If you move through this program live, with your training class, you’ll graduate in 6 months. After completion of all the training requirements, you’ll be certified. You can always progress at your own pace. Defer certification up to 18 months from your training start date.

How much of training is taught by Brett and how much by Guru Singh?

This training offers students the best of both worlds: Guru Singh's 35+ years of KRI teacher training experience fused with Brett's actionable tips on how to make Kundalini yoga relatable to students of all levels and abilities. Brett takes the lead on teaching anatomy, alignment and adaptations. Detail-oriented modules from Brett walk you through how to cue, create, and confidently structure approachable Kundalini classes for a diverse student population. Guru Singh teaches the more esoteric aspects of Kundalini yoga philosophy: metaphysiology, cosmology, and the science of kriya. The majority of the Foundational Pathways Teaching course (pre-recorded content) is designed and taught by Brett. The majority of the Live Calls are led by Guru Singh. That being said, this course is an intimate collaboration. Brett will also lead select live calls. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions, spend time, and take class live with both Brett and Guru Singh.

Can I register for the Kundalini Bridge rate?

The Bridge program is exclusively for those of you who are already 200-hour CERTIFIED KUNDALINI YOGA teachers. We ask you to submit a photo or digital copy of your 200-Hour Kundalini certificate within 2 weeks of registering.

I'm not sure if my 200-Hour Kundalini certification is eligible for the Bridge program...?

Email a picture of your 200-Hour Kundalini YTT certificate with a link to your school to [email protected]

I’m currently enrolled in an 200-Hour Kundalini in-person training and would like to register for the Bridge program, but don’t have my diploma yet? Can I register as a Bridge student?

Yes, if you’re currently enrolled in a Certified 200-Hour Kundalini Yoga program and can provide proof of enrollment in the form of a receipt or confirmation letter, you may register as a Bridge student.

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay with a credit card or PayPal. All pricing is listed in US dollars and payments will be automatically converted to US dollars if you are paying with another currency.

What payment plans are available?

Please click into the 200-Hour or Bridge tab and open the shopping cart page for the training start date you are interested in to see all available plans.

How long does it take for me to earn my 200-Hour Kundalini certification?

Approximately 6 months from the time training Live Calls start.

What are your refund policies?

Refund Policy

Kundalini University 200-Hour Tuition (paying in full or by payment plan) releases training content and the manual immediately and is therefore non-refundable. Students have permanent, lifetime access to the material.

Deferment Policy  

You may choose to defer enrollment to the following training class anytime up to 30 days prior to their training's live call start date. This is free of charge. Simply let us know in writing via email.

If you need to defer once enrollment closes or Live Calls are already underway, there is a $650 deferment fee to join the next class. 

Transfer Policy

Uplifted™ 200-Hour, 300-Hour and Bridge students may not transfer into (or transfer tuition credits) into Kundalini University, as it’s run as it’s own separate, joint-venture program. Likewise, Kundalini University tuition is non-transferable and cannot be credited toward Uplifted™ 200-Hour or 300-Hour trainings.

Note: In the unlikely event that Uplifted™ Yoga LLC / Kundalini University cancels any training for any reason, a full refund, including any deposit, is issued.

Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?

We are currently investigating the best way to bring merit-based scholarships and need-based financial aid to our students. We'll soon have a program specifically for international students in the Philippines and similar countries where the currency conversion makes taking such a training an impossibility for many. Please email into [email protected]. We are able to provide all students with a receipt of tuition if you believe you qualify for reimbursement.

Can you provide me with a “proof of tuition” payment for my own business or tax purposes?

Of course — smart thinking! If you are already a yoga teacher or in a profession in which yoga certification could enhance your business (aka a massage practitioner, nutritionist, personal trainer or similar), your tuition could be tax deductible. Please check with your accountant. Information on how to obtain your tuition receipts will be located in your program guidelines upon registration.
